- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆By far the worst escrow company I have ever worked with. Extremely unprofessional. STAY AWAY FROM HERE. Use a reputable company. I emailed our escrow officer and didn't hear back. Imagine my surprise when we were told she was on vacation for a few weeks. I have worked in escrow and never in my life does the office or their assistant not return emails and calls to customers. My mother in law asked for a courtesy signing as she doesn't live in big bear. The escrow officers reply "just go to a bank to get it notarized." No explanation of paper work or even the courtesy of walking her through them over the phone. Nice.By Amanda Strager, July 09, 2017
